General Guidelines
The Pinnacle accepts submissions at ThePinnacleEditors@gmail.com. Please format your work as a .docx. Each submission will be reviewed and chosen for either our “Featured Works” or an upcoming issue. Include a cover letter, a third-person bio, and your Instagram @ (if you have one), as we will create a promotional post featuring your work if accepted.
There is no max. number of submissions per person, though we don’t accept anything plagiarized or written by AI. Should you be accepted for publication, we may lightly edit your piece—although this process is collaborative, and, naturally, writers are under no obligation to take all our suggestions (though we hope you do!)

We accept simultaneous submissions and previously published work. However, simultaneous submissions must be indicated clearly in your cover letter and withdrawn immediately if accepted elsewhere. The same goes with previously published work—please let us know where it was published so that we may write a disclaimer.
As usual, all rights remain with the author. However, we do ask that if you send work published with us elsewhere you acknowledge it appeared within The Pinnacle.

We accept work under the following categories:
Short stories, flash fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, playwriting, and personal narratives.
Special topics of interest for The Pinnacle include creative works which mention, reference, or even adapt philosophy, politics, literature, history, art, current events, and pop culture.
Not sure if it fits? We also accept mixed-genre work. When in doubt, send it!

All works should be original, written in English (although a few words in a foreign language are fine, depending on the context or content of your piece), and typed in 12-point size, fairly legible font. See specific category conventions below:
Short Stories: 1500 words max.
Flash Fiction: 500 words max.
Poetry: 100 lines max.
Everything else: 3000 words max.

CATEGORY: WORK TITLE - AUTHOR'S FIRST AND LAST NAME.
